RMT Machines and Technology for food processing, member of the ROSER Group, has recently signed two independent agreements to achieve integration with companies Talleres Cato S.A. and Ogal SAU.

RMT created in 1997 designs, manufactures and supplies machines and technology for the meat industry. Regarding machines, RMT produces and supplies equipment for injected, cooked or marinated meats and for cooked or cured sausages. Regarding service, RMT has specialized on technological consulting for processing systems, on research projects for production processes in the meat industry and on the design and development of turn key plants.

CATO situated in Sabadell (Barcelona, Spain), with more than 50 years in the market, is a leading company that manufactures machines for sausage processing. Some of its main products are mixers, blenders, fillers, mincers, bowl cutters, peelers, grinders and others. Cato is well known in the market by its quality, reliability, experience and good service.

OGALSA situated in Banyoles (Girona, Spain), is a company with an experience of more than 25 years    in the manufacture of high pressure brine injectors for different types of meat, and other ancillary equipment like tenderizers and brine preparation systems. Ogalsa is known by the reliability and durability of its machines and for its capacity to manufacture injectors to fulfil any needs of each customer in the market.

Both Cato and Ogalsa have been supplying machines to RMT for many years and with today’s vertical integration agreement, RMT will assume succession and it will guarantee the manufacturing, supply and service continuity of both manufacturing plants together with their future expansion.
