Removes blade bone of pig and sow shoulders from 5Kg. to 27Kg. Eliminates manual pulling of the blade bone. Increases production up to 20%. Bone is removed clean of meat. Saves more than 20 grams of meat per piece.
Pneumatically operating pulling system. Shoulders are put in the right position by means of a laser beam. Conveyor with acetal modular belt, with CIP cleaning system.
Capacity: up to 700 pieces/hour.
Avoids risk of illnesses in arms, back or neck and reduces absenteism.
This machine can be adapted to any deboning line.
