Salting Tumbler

Salting Tumbler. Motorised belt for introduction of hams. Ham detector cell which activates the screw conveyor. Inbuilt tank containing the salts, including a screw conveyor and a dispenser. Constantly rotating open cylinder fitted with closed wings to ensure rotation of product and uniform distribution of salts throughout the ham. Tube to introduce salts into the cylinder. Cylinder drive by means of balanced wheels.
